Yep, surly. Just kinda happened. One email and I'm feeling sour and surly. Only moments before I was full of sweetness and light. I won't go into the details of the email here, but lets just say - not impressed. Sigh.
Ah, I just chased Murphy around the house. We both let off a little bit of steam. I've got a nice mug of earl grey vanilla tea and Alannis blasting on my iTunes. Feeling much better.
Had a really good day (email notwithstanding). Kicked it off with an endurance ride on the trainer. Hard enough to let you know you're alive but not so hard that you're counting down the minutes. Got lots done on the computer and then it was off for a lunch date with some pals from my Adobe days. Nice. Quick visit to the bike shop. Then back to this computer. I wanted to stop at Sbucks on the way home - but I willed myself to keep on driving.
Tonight - I've got a few errands on the list. Then it is Grey's and ER - along with a solid dose of knitting. Maybe I can finish the scarf tonight? I'm debating fringe. Not sure. Fringe can be good and bad. Sometimes it can be too much of a good thing.
Can't believe how dark it is at 5:00. Well, the early Christmas lights are good for something (I suppose).
Okay, gotta go. Still some stuff to get done. Have a happy Thursday.
